How to enjoy it

Make an epic board with these salamis from each region of Europe and pair them with a soft cheese, a hard cheese, made-in-house pickles, stone ground mustard, Jacobsen Salt Honey, crackers and summer sausage, grilled kielbasa and more.

Let nature be your guide and select seasonal ingredients, lots of various textures and if you want to take it to the next level, curate sections of your board to highlight the various regions! Become best buds with your local farmer or specialty grocer produce department!

As a general rule, serve two ounces of charcuterie per person. Or, if meat’s the main attraction, plan on five ounces per person. Mix it up by matching
hard salami with soft, spreadable pâté. Accent with crunchy pickles, roasted nuts, or whole grain mustard. Just before serving, drizzle pâté, rillettes, and liver mousse with olive oil, and sprinkle with crunchy sea salt and fresh ground pepper.

Did you know?

• We hand butcher all cuts of meat to remove
any gristle or sinew, creating a uniform texture
every time.
• All of our salami is maintained with natural
molds—we never use rice or milk powder to
mimic the real thing.
• We use real apple or hickory wood when
smoking our meats, never adding liquid
smoke or unnatural colors.
• Our eye-catching Summer Sausages are hand
dipped in a vibrant red wax.
• Every salami is hand wrapped in
butcher paper to allow for breathability.
• All of our pickled vegetables are inspired by
the Pacific Northwest bounty and jarred in
our original USDA approved meat shop.
